According to your purchase type, we have designed our win-win Refund Policy. There is 100% assurance that you are either getting your service or your money back. In brief, if you can avail our IT or ITES services, and if we fail to deliver to you that service within 15 days or as mentioned as work order (which is the highest), we will proceed with a refund. Only when we declare that we are unable to deliver your service, only in that case a refund is applicable and the processing time will be 7 to 10 working days.

Refund Policy Clarification

  1. No refund and return is applicable for the change of mind without any valid reason. For example, if you paid for a service and after that if you find any cheaper service provider(s), this reason will not be eligible for the refund.
  2. We are not liable for any changes apart from the URS (User Requirement Specifications). If any changes require after the finalization of the work order, additional charges may impose as per nature of the requirement and resources required for that specific changes. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
  3. For any services related to Digital Marketing, the result depends on many factors. In any circumstances, no refund is applicable for the zero conversion, after marketing budget is spent.
  4. Whenever it has been decided that we are accepting for the refund, our lead time is 7 to 10 working days.
